Because of extreme popularity, tickets for this performance are available through a Mail-in Lottery System and must include a non-refundable $10 donation, which is tax deductible. (We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit Corporation.)

To better meet the demand for the Polar Express Event of New England® we depart from two different locations. There are TWO SEPARATE LOTTERIES, one for Lincoln, NH and one for North Conway, NH. You may enter either lottery or both, but you may not enter either one more than once.

| Ticket Options
There are two ticket options available at both departure locations, plus a Dome seating option in North Conway only. All tickets include the full Polar Express Event of New England® experience, and differ only with roomier seats and a special gift for the First Class ticket holders.
First Class: All seats - $50.00 These seats include a special gift and premier seating on the train. These tickets are not reserved seats, but are exclusive to the cars with more spacious seating.
Coach: All seats - $40.00 Coach tickets include the full Polar Express Event of New England® experience with seating in the coach cars which are passenger cars with conventional wide bench seating.
Dome Seats (available for North Conway only): Reserved seating - $60.00 Seating includes the First Class gift and premier seating on the train. These very limited tickets are in a reserved area on the Observation Deck of a restored Dome Car available in North Conway only.
Premier Seats (available for Lincoln only): Reserved seating - $60.00 Seating in the Premier Railroad Car, as well as up front seating in the North Pole Theater, and also includes our First Class Gift.

Departure times
(for both Lincoln & North Conway):
Matinee Performances: depart from RR stations at 2:30pm
(boarding begins at 2:00pm)
Afternoon Performances: depart from RR stations at 5:00 pm
(boarding begins at 4:30p)
Evening Performances: depart from RR stations at 7:30pm
(boarding begins at 7:00p)
Performances are approx. 2 hours, 'round trip.

Lottery Information
The Lincoln Lottery will be held on Monday, November 1st and the North Conway Lottery will be held on Wednesday, November 3rd.
The Drawings will be held from 7:00 a.m. to 10 p.m., and tickets will be sold to people in the order that they are drawn. We will call for your order and payment. We are able to call each of the numbers that you provide only once! Please make sure we can reach you on the date(s)of the lottery or lotteries you enter. We are unable to call back or accept incoming calls.

Tickets must be purchased by credit card only, all sales are final - MasterCard, Visa or American Express.

Important Things to Remember:
• We will call each number provided only once! Plan accordingly.
• Tickets are limited to 12 per household.
• Infants under the age of one must ride on the lap of an adult (but do not need a ticket).
• Children age one and older DO need a ticket.
• Duplicate entries will be discarded and may jeopardize your chance of getting tickets. (Lottery entry fees will NOT be returned.)
• Tickets are sold as names are drawn. Please keep in mind that Friday and Saturday night tickets sell quickly. Stay flexible. If your name is drawn, you will have ONE chance to purchase tickets. Have all information and options ready.
